Wednesday 25th April 2018 6:30pm-8:30pm: "Daily Bread workshop".
During the afternoon, we will cover sourdough bread making basics, learn about sourdough and the use of natural, slow fermentation, make simple, wholesome loaves and most importantly, you'll get to grips with how to make them using long fermentation methods to improve taste and digestibility. You get to keep your bakes and bring them home to share, of course!
