Wednesday 24th January 2018 6:30pm-8:30pm: "Daily sourdough Bread workshop".
For a couple of hours on a Wednesday evening, come round and improve or practice your sourdough baking skills in order to start baking your own from home. We will be covering the use of both wheat and rye sourdough starters, and make a couple of different breads with them, and most importantly, you'll get to grips with how to make them using long fermentation methods to improve taste and digestibility. You also get to keep your bakes and bring them home to share!
