Wednesday 6th December 2017 6:30pm-8:30pm: "Festive Bread workshop".
For a couple of hours on a Wednesday evening, come round and improve or practice your festive baking skills ahead of the festive season. We'll be covering a couple of festive loaves such as Stollen and Brioche and see a few of their variations, and more importantly, you'll get to grips with how to make it using traditional long fermentation methods to improve taste and digestibility. You also get to keep your bakes and bring them home to share!
